WELCOME TO POWELLS FARM WALES GLAMPING

A family run, working farm, glamping site in Radnorshire, rural Mid Wales, Powys.

We're the Powell family and we've been farming here since 1974 at Caebanal Farm.  We farm Beef and Sheep her on our upland farm along with an array of other animals which live with us on the farm. Whether you want to meet the lambs or calves, take the pygmy goats for a walk, see the pigs and piglets, collect your own eggs, pick your own strawberries or raspberries or take a walk out to see the pumpkins growing in the field there's something different happening on the farm throughout the summer.   Meet the rabbits or have a cuddle with the gorgeous guinea pigs, there's something for everyone*.

Just a couple of minutes off the A44 from Herefordshire to Mid Wales. The farm is home to footpaths and bridle paths and a short walk to the stunning Waterfall "Water Breaks its neck". In the heart of Mid Wales we are ideally situated to allow you to explore the hidden gems Mid Wales has to offer.   We are also very fortunate to have a country pub on our doorstep, just five minutes walk from the glamping site is the Fforest Inn pub offering a very warm welcome to sample the local Penrhos Gin or some delicious food.

We are sorry but dogs are not allowed on the farm, as we have a team of very territorial farm dogs who are working with Farmer Powell everyday to keep the livestock healthy.  

Enjoy a touch of indulgence in one of our sheep-tacular themed bell tents, with cosy beds and all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. We have two 6m x 4m very spacious Luna Emporer tents offering more head room and space for families, also we have the 5m traditional bell tent which can sleep from 2-6.

We invite you to escape the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Radnor Valley and the beautiful Mid Wales countryside. We are just a short distance from the charming Victorian town of Llandrindod Wells and the stunning Elan Valley dams and Brecon Beacons National Park less than an hour away.  We are offering you a unique opportunity where individuals, couples, friends, and families can unwind, disconnect from their busy lives, reconnect with nature and our amazing animals and get an insight into farming life. 

We live on-site, and we’re always available and happy to assist our guests in any way we can. Whether it’s recommending local attractions and hidden gems, helping you plan your itinerary, or ensuring your stay is comfortable and unforgettable, we’re dedicated to going above and beyond to meet your needs. At Powells Farm Wales, we are committed to sustainable practices, making us the ideal choice for environmentally conscious campers and glampers. Our off-grid site operates on solar energy and we provide composting toilets, we source firewood from our own trees, all contributing to the preservation of the natural beauty that surrounds us.
